Return and Exchange Conditions
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items submitted for return or exchange must remain in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and must include all original tags and packaging.
Certain special items (such as custom-made products, intimate apparel/personal items, and clearance/sale items) are not eligible for “no-reason” returns or exchanges (unless there is a quality defect).
Return and Exchange Process
Initiate Request: Please email your order number, reason for the return/exchange, and photos of the item(s) (if applicable) to info@qwgfuel.com.
Obtain Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions for sending the item(s) back. Please note: Packages returned without prior authorization from customer service will not be accepted.
Ship Package: Please pack the item(s) securely and ship them to the designated address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; QWG is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Shipping Costs
Non-Quality Issues (e.g., incorrect size, personal preference, etc.): The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with both the return and the reshipment.
Quality Issues or Incorrect Items Received: If the return or exchange is due to an error on QWG’s part, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the receipt and status of your return review. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment provider.
